Windmill…

I haven’t posted on here in a while so thought I would right now just to update what I can have done with my time. I didn’t go to Belgium in the end…I turned my dad down because I thought it was a bad idea…I haven’t really been on a long journey for a little while and wasn’t sure whether I could stand it…so didn’t try…but I do want to do more journeys!!!

Yesterday I went for a bike ride and it was a long one it was like 20 miles in all but 10 miles there and 10 miles back and the destination was Halnaker Windmill which on the top of a big hill…

After a little while I really realised that this was gonna be a tough journey…in reaching Oving which is 4 miles from Bognor I started to tire…and thought that my mission wasn’t going to be completed…

After I reached Tangmere I thought it isn’t long and set about crossing the awfully busy main road and carried on my journey which in the end I had to ask for directions because the Windmill isn’t clearly listed on the signs and parked up my bike and started to walk there…I passed a Quarry…

I then made the long climb up to the top and found the Windmill which looked amazing plus the views from all around were breathtaking…

After a while I began my journey back which actually seemed shorter tho I had to stop a few times to catch my breath…seeing as I was knackered and hadn’t eaten or drunk anything for hours…When home it was sit down eat dinner and watch the Football…thats all from my journey really!!!….more soon!!!
